Evangelist Shirley D. Jefferson
Evangelist Shirley D. Jefferson was born and raised in York and has been a member of the Bible Tabernacle Church for thirty years. She is married to Reverend Michael D. Jefferson and is the proud mother of two children, five grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. As a licensed evangelist, “Sister Shirley” (as she is affectionately called by her church family), is a no-nonsense advocate of winning souls to the Lord Jesus Christ through the Gospel.
She serves alongside her husband on the Prison Ministry and has a passion for reaching out to lost and hurting women. She has completed a Christian Counseling Course at Lancaster School of the Bible; completed the R.H.E.M.A. Bible Correspondence Course; received a certificate of Licensing from the Pennsylvania Ministers Association, and has attended the Baltimore School of the Bible.
